This afternoon we will be in the lower 80s with a chance of more severe weather in the Houston area around 9 this evening just south of I-10.
Expect much more rain on Sunday but some areas could get close to .50-1.5″ of rain by Sunday 1 am.
Sunday:
We are tracking a flood and severe weather risk for Mother's Day - not one, but two different storms may bring heavy rain, gusty conditions, and the possibility of hail. Rain totals range from 1″-5″ of rain - especially north of I-10.
Sunday 8:30 AM
Tracking the chance for rain in the Houston area with more severe weather in the San Antonio area.
Sunday 1 PM:
Still tracking rain from San Antonio to Houston, but models look better compared to morning models - especially in San Antonio.
Sunday 4 PM:
The threat of severe weather picks up in areas north of I-10 - especially near Brenham, Huntsville and Liberty.
Sunday 7:30 PM:
Tracking the chance for severe weather near I-10 in the Columbus area and areas to the north like Brenham and other areas just north of Conroe.
